Direct link in the newsletter

Hello,
when I create a newsletter and insert a link, in the email there isn’t the direct link, but a redirect from “www.mydomain.com/?mailpoet…” to the link that I inserted in the newsletter. There is a way to maintain the direct link? That because I have to sent newsletters from a private site, so the users that receive the newsletter cannot open the link, because they should passed through a private site, but they haven’t the access to this site.
