Final tiles has been the best gallery thus far, but I cannot figure out one essential feature- direct link from mobile. Without this, clients cannot directly download to their mobile device. I DO have “direct link to image” selected from the mobile drop down menu, but nothing. Please help Green tree!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

***Edited to add: The intro photos are NOT a final tiles gallery and will direct link fine. Final tiles gallery begin with little girl with hanger.

***Also, was about to purchase premium subscription, but downloaded trial first- Direct link option completely disappeared so now “lightbox” is selected instead. Have a screenshot of dropdown menu with blank space where “direct link to image” previously was

    Hi,

I’ll check the issue you reported about the trial version.

I don’t understand what you mean about the “download” functionality, though. Actually, the “Direct link to image” option is used to open the image without any lightbox. This is usually useful when you want to use an external lightbox.

Hi Diego, thanks for your quick response. I realized after I posted that maybe a direct link wasn’t what I needed- I’m looking for a way to keep the light box, but also give clients an option to download images directly to their mobile device. Sometimes galleries have this in the form of an arrow symbol at the bottom of the light box so the user can download that image individually. For example, the HUGE IT gallery plugin has this ability, but not much else in the way of features. Like I said through your contact form, final tiles is the best gallery I’ve found and I really want to stick with it- but also need a way for clients to easily download images to their mobile devices. It’s totally possible that you already have an option for this and I just missed it! Thanks in advance.

Ok, I understand. Unfortunately none of the included lightboxes have a download option. EverlightBox has a download button but it doesnt’ work for mobile devices.

Thanks, you already have a lot of great features, but mobile download would make the plugin even better. Without mobile download, clients resort to screenshots, which causes all sorts of problems for me.
