Direct link to open modal

I need help with functionality, that will allow me to send link with location.hash which points to particular member, so when person clicks that link, he will be send to page with opened modal.

I have made that each click returns #member_id in address hash, now I need to run function that will open modal box for member, that ID is pointed in that hash.
