Direct URL to Sign-in and Create Ticket?

    Hey guys,

    When giving out the URL to the support site, I would prefer to give a “Create Ticket” URL that would move from Sign-in / Sign-up directly to the “New Ticket” page – is this possible? ??

    On a related note, is there a way to offer a default value for a custom field in the request URL? Something along the lines of:

    
https://.../support/?support_page=create_ticket&plugin-name=ABC%20Pro

    Or maybe:

    
https://.../support/?support_page=create_ticket&field_###=ABC%20Pro
