Directing other pages

    There are 2 problems on the desktop version:
    1. When I click on WhatsApp baloon, my website forwards itself to “Contact Us” page. And the WhatsApp chat window opens only when I stand the mouse on the baloon for 2 – 3 seconds without clicking. (otherwise if I click, it goes to Contact Us page).
    3. When I close the chat window, or if I click anything on the chat window except “go to WhatsApp” button, it again forwards to Contact Us page.

    The similar thing is also for mobile version. If I tap the baloon, it forwards to Contact Us.

    Please help me.

    To solve you need:

    1. You have an unclosed link in your mobile menu, in the las item (see capture) the closing tag </a> is missing breaking Joinchat functions.

    2. The Joinchat script is not loading (returns a 404 error). This would be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.
