Directing Which Page Gig Calendar Goes to for the Gig Details

Hi, love this plug but I have one alteration I’m hoping solve.
I have the plug installed on my Gig page, but when you click on an event, it takes you to the details of the event but it’s located on the WP default page, which isn’t my gig page.Check it out:

Oh this would make me sooooo happy!One other small thing that’s weird, I play regularly at a place called Ki’s Restaurant. When I enter this info in the plug this is how it comes out:
Ki\’s Restaurant – Cardiff, CA – 10/20/12
There’s a weird backslash after the i. It shows up this way on the gig detail display, not on the widget or the main Gig Calendar display.
