Direction advice please

Please kindly help me with direction in what themes, plugins etc to use. I would like to create a site with the following features:

The site will be a job site similar to LinkedIn in a way but without the social aspect. Mostly a skills database.

People looking for work will add their profile which will include things like personal details area, skills etc.

Recruiters or companies will be able to do advanced searches for all the details available on the profiles including age, area, skills etc. Then all the people who match the filter will pop up with a photo and some details from their profile showing how strong the match is perhaps with some sort of marker percent or colour.

I have been designing WordPress for many years but never created anything like this so Im honestly have no direction whatsoever. Would appreciate some help on which plugins etc. to use. Assuming I need a membership type plugin and perhaps an advanced search plugin.
