Directories showing description and name on top of the image

Hi!

I found that the styles of the directory are not working quite right for me. The second row of the directories (name and description) mounts on the profile image. And it gets worse on mobile.

I’ve tried with a couple of themes (Twenty Twelve and Twenty Sixteen) and the issue persists.
