    Dear support,

    are you a serious software company, a fun club or a scammer?

    We only provide support via the support ticket system and it may take up to 24 hours to get a response. (It may take up to 48 hours during the weekends and public holidays)”

    I have created a ticket as a paying customer before. The average response time was 4 days. But with the last ticket you really took the cake.

    7 days response time is not acceptable, my response was prompt and now I will definitely wait another 7 days for you to process my ticket.

    Even when I reported a security issue in the forum, it took about a week for you to leave your comment.

    Serious question to Directorist because I read in many forum posts and your reviews that you are the worst support.

    Can I rely on you as a partner in the future or do I need to find a more reliable partner for a business directory?

    Are you able to keep your promise of 24-48 hours or not?
