Member Directory does not appear.

    I have created a directory for my members with ultimate member which sometimes doesn’t appear however if I go to the directory page and re-publish the page, the directory appears and stays for a couple of days but again disappears.
    To be noted: I have used custom CSS to disable the link to the profile and the gear icon.

    What is the fix? Please, be kind enough to answer. Thank you so much.

    Hi @soad2609 and @andrewpina,

    Do you have a caching plugin or server-side caching active on your server?
    Please make sure to exclude your directory page from the cache and see if it helps.

    @ultimatemembersupport I have LightSpeed Cache installed on my website. And can you please tell me how can I exclude my directory page?

    My members directory is saying

    “We are sorry. We cannot find any members that match your search criteria.” error.

    Please let me know.

    what shortcode are you using for member directory?
    I do not have “Member Directory” option under Ultimate Member. I’m guessing member page is member directory.

    @ultimatemembersupport I tried excluding URL of the directory page from the cache plugin but still, the directory disappears after couple of days. ??

    Hi I also have an issue with the member directory (which i posted here) mine is that the search doesn’t show any results since the update and also the filters don’t seem to appear as they should now – did anyone manage to find a fix? I haven’t yet but I’ll come back and post if I do in case it’s of use…

    I have installed ‘Yoast SEO’, and that plugin was causing the problem. So I just uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it. That worked.
