Directory Export Not Working

    I’m trying to export our directory members and it goes through the processing and the button turns blue, but when I click on it, nothing downloads. I tried disabling all other plugins aside from woocommerce and my core theme plugins(avada) and I tried increasing the memory limit and processing time on my server and neither helped.

    I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this! This happens on some themes.

    After doing the export, can you please try right-clicking on the download button to copy the link address and then paste that into a new window?

    That should work. Please try that and let me know if you run into more issues.
