If I am understanding your question correctly, you could use the [jobs] shortcode and modify it to show jobs from that member. You can find information on how to customize the shortcode here:

That is correct, by default. You can add custom code to add the customization they are looking for. The code for the shortcodes is here, and this specific function is where the [jobs] shortcode is processed. Those functions and this page on snippets we have for the WP Job Manager plugin can help get you started!
