• For a long while now, under low priority issues, it lists:

    You should rename the wp-content directory of your site.

    It has not been intelligent enough to detect that the directory was already changed from the default of wp-content to something else during the install. So because it is hard coded to expect wp-content ONLY it never goes away. Even when you enter the different name that you have already it won’t clear it.

    This is terrible, either detect that the change has already been made (ie. != ‘wp-content’) and dismiss this warning, or at least when the person puts in the name they currently have during the “fix it” process, dismiss it. Preferably the more efficient first option.
