Directory Search won't pick up list items?

Gravity Forms Directory version: 3.6.1.2I did this: I made a form with a list field so people could add other people from their office. So a form could be filled out and an office with 10 people will be listed as well as their email addresses, phone numbers, etc
I expected the plugin to do this: I hoped the search field would pull up list items, but it only will grab the first result in the list. When I try to search for someone who is 2nd on the list… The search will come up blank.
For example, on the following link:
https://www.rlpa.ca/directory/try searching for “kyle” or “morgan”
Instead it did this: does not pull up their names as matches
