Directory Sort By Username Error

  • I have a member directory set up for a specific profile type. This directory is set to display a single user role and sort them by Display Name. However, you can see in the screenshot below they are not sorted alphabetically by the (bold) display name.

    I have also tried to sort the directory by meta keys from other fields on my user form, but that results in the directory claiming there are no users.

    Are there other settings in UM that affect how the member directory displays users?

    I am running:
    WordPress 4.8
    PHP 7.0
    Ultimate Member 1.3.86

    Any help is appreciated.
