Directory view vs. single entry view

The new “Directory Columns” option with appears on the GF Entries page seems to only control the info that appears on the full directory view. Anyone know how I can separately control/choose which info appears on the single entry view?

Also, the “Directory Colums” seems to have a problem: I’m able to put first & last name, and email, website, other info on the full directory view, but NOT City & State. (This is for a national services directory where users will be searching for a provider near them, so that’s important….). Anyone know why that would be? (I also tried putting all of “Address”, not just City/State, thinking at least I could get all the info up there, but that didn’t work either!)
