Disabiling Jetpack Mobile Theme under plugins stays on "enabled"

hi there,

i am running WP super cache and is working fine, under plugins some time ago i enabled “Jetpack Mobile Theme” by mistake, now it is stuck on “enabled” with an error

Jetpack not found in /…..

so i’d like to have it to disabled, but when i click “update”, when the page refreshes is back to “enabled”. is there a way to fix it?
