I have custom login page it is not working with 2-factor Authentication. Is there any hook or filter to disable 2-factor Authentication and keep SiteGround Security plugin activated?

    Hello @webcoder49,

There is no filter that disables the 2-factor Authentication for a specific URL. If you do not use this feature, you can either disable it from the SiteGround Security settings in your WordPress Dashboard.

You can also deactivate it via wp-cli with the following command:

    wp sg secure 2fa disable

Have in mind that this will completely disable the feature. There is no option to keep it enabled for a specific URL.

If you actually prefer to keep the 2-factor Authentication feature enabled and want to deactivate it only because it recently stopped working properly, provide us with a link to the login page and let us know which is plugin/theme you used to build it.

    Thank you for the update.

There are no known compatibility issues between our plugin and WP Bakery. We would not be able to test the custom login page functionality from our end as in your case there is a paid solution used. If you are a SiteGround client you can submit a support inquiry so the issue could be investigated further.

As I previously mentioned, there is no filter that could be used to disable the 2-factor authentication only for a specific login page. For now you can deactivate it completely.

Additionally please confirm if the issue occurred after the SiteGround Security plugin was updated or it was present in the previous versions as well.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
