Disable all directory listing will any affect on W3TC

  • Hello,
    I want to disable all directory listing (using .htaccess Options -Indexes) before this what steps should i choose so w3tc will not affected after disabling the directory listing. Any effects on db cache or any other?
    I have updated W3TC to new version 0.9.4, its working fine. Actually I want to hide my directory listing like wp-content/uploads and wp-content/themes/mywpthemes/plugins (because all files are visible for users)

    Permission Set to:
    All Folders to 755
    All .PHP and .TXT Files to 644
    .htaccess to 655
    Well, if i use Options -Indexes .. Is there any negative effect on w3tc if i disable directory by using .htaccess

    Currently, All Cache On : Disk: enhanced
    (I have checked there”s only blank html files and no any .htaccess file in any folder of wp-content/w3tc/ )

    Server: VPS with Server Version: Apache/2.2.27, PHP Version: 5.4.27.

    Any help ?
