    Hi there,

First of all thank you for this great plugin. I love it. However, currently I’m facing an issue. My homepage has lots of content but when I activate AMP it doesn’t show the content of homepage, it only shows recent post and other things.

I want to completely disable AMP for HomePage, I saw an option for this on Plugin setting but it doesn’t work for me. I even deleted my cache plugin but still when I enter example.com/amp It shows amp version I want it redirect user to original version. I even turned off AMP from the HomePage editor still no luck.

One more thing, When I try to edit HomePage I see there is an option to insert content for AMP version If I copy paste all the content to AMP version, will it lead to duplicate content issue?

    Thanks

    Hey @jowka499

Thank you so much for using the plugin!

You can control the homepage of the AMP with the help of two options called ‘Frontpage’ and ‘Custom AMP Editor’.

You can setup the frontpage from the Homepage section in AMP options. Create a new page and select the page that you want to set as homepage.

Then, you can edit that post, scroll to the bottom to find ‘Custom AMP content’ which will allow you to display the content that you want to display. That way you will be able to control the output totally.

I hope it helps, if not, then please let me know. I will try my best to help you.

    Regards,
    Ahmed

    AMP for pages is off.

    Homepage Support is off.

Show AMP on current page? Hide…

Tada…https://www.thc.guide/amp/ – on ALL our websites we using AMP and nowhere is it possible to exclude the homepage.

    Cheers

    Hi @nancy10199,

You don’t have to worry about it.
There’s no amphtml on your normal Homepage.

So Google will not crawl your AMP Homepage.
It’s just not getting redirected to normal homepage.

    Regards
    Marqas
