Disable Author Link for Some User Roles

    Is it possible to have the user author page link be disabled on some users but still have them show in the same alphabetical list with the other users? Preferably by Category or a custom field.

    Hi

    yes I believe you could do this but you need to write some code to remove the link via the filters in the code

    I have listed most of the filters on the help site

    Doing this is beyond the support I can give so you may need to find a coder if you are not happy coding
