what you mean by shows auto? It shows but after 99999 seconds?

yes… It doesn’t count the time.. It appears before the time 99999999 or what ever time is set there… Sorry I am not using the plugin anymore…. But really that was strange.. ??

Anyway this plugin is really good one..

    Hi Damian
That problem I am facing again… The popup shows automatically disregarding the time I set to 9999999.. It appears immediately the page load for the first time… but if you close it .. then popup gone and doesn’t load next time before 999999 time.. So it is the problem that appears on first time for visitors..

I tested that.. If I clear the cache then the popup loads immediately again disregarding the time I set 9999999…

So please fix this.. I had deleted that plugin but when I see the popup problem gone then I used it.. But again the same problem.. Please do something..

    Thanks

If you already got latest version, try to change the trigger method to manual mode. that way won’t load unless another plugin or theme is conflicting.

ps: Open a new thread if you need support, I don’t check resolved ones

    Hi
    Thanks for your reply..

When I change it to Manual triggering that is not saving… Means I select “%manual Triggering” And click on update .. but after update again I see the option is set to “Seconds After Page Load”

    Please let me know
