disable auto upgrade

  • Hi my website auto upgraded to 3.8.2 and now it is messing up my site.
    1. how do I turn off the auto upgrade as I’d rather do this manually which would give me time to debug and test
    2. how do I restore my site – can I just reinstall 3.8.1?
