Disable autocomplete order status

    Hi
    When my customers have successful payment, order status will be in completed.
    I don’t want this, i wanna it be on pending or in progress ( not important which stauts, but i don’t want it to be completed ).

    Please help me.

    Are you selling virtual and downloadable products only? By default, when an order is paid, its order status will be marked as Processing unless the order contains virtual/downloadable products only.

    Thank you for clarifying. Are you using an order status control plugin by any chance. If order statuses are not working as expected, you’ll want to check if the issue is coming from a theme/plugin conflict.

    To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
