Disable autoinjection of stars in blog posts

    With version 2.6.4 or so, it was possible to turn off KK star ratings Automatica placement of the rating stars and then choose a location of choice using a theme template code.

    Any plans to bring this feature back? The rating stars now appear immediately after blog posts and at points where I manually embedded the template code and I don’t really fancy that.
