    Hi,

    Please could you open your browser’s Developer console (CTRL+SHIFT+J or F12 in most browsers, then select ‘Console’).
    Do you see any errors or warnings in that console? Could you send us a screenshot of these messages?

    If you have any caching or minifying plugins installed, can you try to temporarily deactivate it as well?
