Disable cache

Hi
Thanks for your plugin,
I use it and it works fine for me.
But in some case for the select option, I set the default value but it does not assign to it and I think it gets value from cache.
and Also in new days, I see this problem with input fields that they take value from the cache that exactly is the last data that I used.
any solution for these or disabling the cache?
