Disable cache on certain elements

Hi there,
I’m using a code to show if we’re open or closed with PHP and a WP function: https://d.pr/n/1e9uO
But when WP Super Cache is enabled it’s not working correctly anymore. Are there any solutions to disable cache on that specific part or something?
