yes, using the API with a couple of lines of code, e.g. if you want to disable on https//your.site/contact-me/ you could use;

add_filter('autoptimize_filter_noptimize','clayton_noptimize',10,0);
function clayton_noptimize() {
	if (strpos($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'],'contact-me/')!==false) {
		return true;
	} else {
		return false;
	}
}
