Disable caching on specific page only?

Hello,
I am using Redis object cache plugin for persistent caching and ‘pecl-redis’ as a cache server.
My question is, is it possible to disable caching on a specific page only?
This page has its own template file and provides different content depending on the user role of the user who is accessing it. The problem occurs when I change the user’s role and he visits the same page again.
