Disable “category/page/2”

    Hello,

    I am currently using this plugin, which is really doing a great job. However, I want to include category, but if I include Category, the page of the categories are also included. Is it possible to include the category in the sitemap, but without the page, eg. category/page/2 ?

    Hi,

    There is no option to include a category , but exclude its child pages/posts. This is a feature we could consider. There may be a work around for you ….

    If you set “Posts inheritance” to “do not inherit”, the pages/posts will keep their original settings.

    By default they will be included because this is what is configured by default in the general settings page.

    To exclude pages/posts you could do this individually or set up a tag.

    The tag should be setup to exclude items from the sitemap and “Posts inheritance” to “inherit”.
    Any pages / posts you add this tag to would then be excluded.

    You want to do this ?

    category < include
    category/page/2 < exclude
    category/page/3 < exclude

    We do not support this, but I will add it to the wish list.
