Disable certain days in datepicker

Hey,
on my site we use contact form 7 in an order form and customers pick their delivery date: https://www.haushaltsheld.de/waschen/
I already set the datepicker to “min:today+2days” so that the earliest date is always 2 days ahead. Now I have a question regarding https://contactform7.com/date-field/.
I would like to do the following changes:
– disable all Sundays (we never deliver sundays)
– disable certain days, for example public holidaysHow can I do this?
