Disable COD based on cart amount, that differs for shippin methods

    Hello,

    I would like to ask if it is possible to add a disabled cart amount with logic based on shipping methods.
    For example, if I want to ship inside Athens then the amount of the cart must be greater than 1500€ in order for COD to be disabled.
    But if the shipping is out of the city, then the cart amount should be 500€ in order for COD to be disabled.
