“Disable commenting for roles” problem

Hello,

As you know, there is a option called “Disable commenting for roles” on Forms section which can disable commenting for specific users.

The problem is, wpDiscuz only checks if the user can post a comment or not is when the page is being loaded. Which means, if you ban a user from posting comments, if he/she has an open tab from before being banned, he/she still can post comments. Maybe even with some html editing he can add manually a comment box and still post comments.

I hope it was clear enough. There should be a check whether the user can post comment or not, whenever a comment is being posted. Not only when the page/post is being loaded.
