Disable Comments on Pages – Again…

  • I have read several threads on this topic, but have yet to come across a universally accepted and proper answer. If it in fact does exist on this forum, I would like to be pointed to some instructions on how to properly disable comments on Pages or any specific content type, while still retaining the ability to comment on blog post.

    If it matters, the wordpress version is 3.5.1, and the current theme is the default theme.

    Actually, I just got it done… I needed to apply the bulk action to not show comments on Pages, not Posts. New to wordpress, I guess I didn’t realize all the content was not showing when I looked at Posts.
