    Bonjour,

    I have used the custom_confirm_callback_function to send a custom email when Appointments is confirmed.

    But now visitor and worker receive 2 emails instead of 1 : Default confirmed as set in Dashboard and my custom email I set in my theme functions.

    How to disable the confirmed email only and keep using default ones for on creation and cancel of appointment?

    Hi @gaelgerard , there are couple of ways to do that. First you can make default state to be confirmed instead of pending so that will result only confirmed email being sent. You can keep pending state but leave that template empty, that will result pending emails not being sent. ??

    Thanks for the tip @loncar !

    It works perfectly for the visitor.

    However, the worker still receives the Admin email of confirmation. Is there a way to disable the Admin/Worker confirmation mail while keeping the pending and cancelation ones?
