    Hi Community ??

A simple question that many of you might be able to awnser or maybe somebody have experience with my topic.

Im running a woocom driven website with no shop functionality.
It was easier for me, but could prob do it better with a custom post type etc.

    To the question,
Will there be a problem with running the woocom site, without shop, cart, checkout and also not have them set in the setting ? And can i delete them without “messing up the core ?” I have tried to delete them and it seems fine, but im not sure what happens i the very back of the backend ??

    Thanks in advance. / Jacob

(I have searched the web, but as with all tools with a long history, the web is a bit messy ?? )

    Hi there @insaneme,

As for your question, WooCommerce is designed to provide eCommerce functionality, so it naturally includes shop, cart, and checkout pages. However, if you’re not using these features, it should theoretically be fine to not have them set in your settings.

When you delete these pages, WooCommerce might lose some of its default settings, but it shouldn’t affect the core functionality. However, it’s hard to predict the exact outcome without knowing your specific goal.

If you can share more details on what you intend to achieve, we might be in a better position to point you in the right direction.

    I hope this helps.
