Disable Country validation during checkout

    I removed the drop down list, now users have to write their country.
    Now WooCommerce won’t let me finish the checkout:

    Unfortunately we do not deliver to to USA. Please enter an alternative delivery address.
    No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    Is there a way to disable country validation?
