Disable CSS Load if no shortcode is present on the page

  • I have a page where no WP Customer Reviews shortcodes are present, yet the plugin is loading the CSS anyway. How can I prevent that?

    This is the CSS file being loaded: /wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/css/wp-customer-reviews-generated.css?ver=3.4.1

  • Yes, I would like this answer as well. It loads on every page regardless if shortcode is present.

    Since the plugin developer hasn’t provided an answer yet, I found a way using this plugin:

    Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster

    Works great! Hopefully the developer can make an option to turn it on or off per page.
