Disable custom taxonomy archive for selected CPs

Hi,

first of all thank you for this great plugin. Unfortunately it’s conflicting with the Event Organizer plugin. Is there any chance to disable the “Use custom permalink of custom taxonomy archive” function for a selected custom post type?
