Disable Custom text size and colours

Hi, will it/is it possible to disable the extra paragraph features for customising the text (colour, size, drop caps, in fact probably the entire Text Settings panel) because I have a lot of clients that will see it as a good idea to use dozens of colours and sizes all over a page destroying the themes aesthetic, and I’d prefer to remove the temptation?
