disable dashicons on mobile devices

    dashicons is adding extra weight on mobile pages. I disabled watson on mobile devices but I cant get rid of the dashicons. I want to create on dedicated page for watson chat on mobile where dashicons will be enabled and for all other pages disabled.

    Is it possible to have such a feature or what how do I achieve it? Is it possible to replace dashicons with fontawesome?

    Hello @dan14,

    Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your problem. When you disable the chat box for some pages from the plugin settings, all the files necessary for its operation, including dashicons, are also disabled on these pages.
    If you still have dashicons, perhaps they are stored in the cache of your browser, please check your site in a private window of your browser. Also, files can remain connected if you use caching plugins.
    If you disabled the chatbot in any other way, for example, by making changes to the plugin code, we cannot guarantee its correct operation.
