Disable dates in date/time picker

We have a site where we’re using the date-time picker for two input fields.
The first input field triggers the drop-off date and time.
The second input field triggers the pick-up date and time.

For the drop-off field, say we select March 20, 2020 6:30pm, how can we disable the dates and time preceding March 20, 2020 6:30pm in the pickup field?
