Disable default email

    Hello,

    I use an email template customiser (Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce) and I would like to disable your default email which is sent for “Ready for pickup” and “Pickep up” statuses, to let my other plugin send the emails instead. How is it possible ?

    Hi @fdcommunication,
    Yes, you can disable the email for “Ready for pickup” and “Pickep up” statuses.
    Navigate to WooCommerce > Local Pickup > Settings and open the Local pickup workflow and disable the Ready for pickup and Picked up email.

    Unfortunately it doesn’t work as I would like. Disabling email from your plugin also disables WooCommerce email. The email customization plugin therefore cannot send its own email.
    Ideally I would have to keep the mail enabled, but make sure that it is overwritten by the other plugin.

    You can overwrite the email template in your child theme.
