Disable default login url

I clicked the box to “Disable default login url” so I could use a custom URL, but it changed my registration URL as well since ?action=register is just added to the end of the default login URL. But now its just appending ?action=register to the end of my custom login only URL.

I deactivated the option to disable the default URL, but as long as the plugin is activated my membership software puts ?action=register at the end of my custom login page, which has not registration. I assume this is a bug. How can I get the User Meta to go back to the default login URL?
