• Hi,

On my website all the products have standard 10% discount except some categorys.

I have a product which has 3 categories: ‘New’, ‘Laarzen’ and ‘Rubberen Laarzen’.
‘Rubberen Laarzen’ is the primary category I have excluded this category from the standard 10% discount rule. But the discount is still on it because the other categories have do have the discount. Theses categories have to get the 10% sale off but the categorie ‘Rubberen Laarzen’ does not need the discount.

How can I disable the discount rule on the primary category?

    Thanks!

    Hi

Thank you for reaching out. Are you using the free version or the PRO version ?
If you are on the PRO version, you can just create a rule specific to selected categories.
    Here is a guide: https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/1459878-category-specific-discount

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the reaction. But my solution is not in the docs.
The problem is when a product is in multiple categories and only one of the categorie has a rule the rule should not work on the product because not all the categories have the 10% off rule.

Is it possible to let the rules only work on the ‘primary category’ of the product?

    Thanks!

    Hi

    Thank you for the response.
I am so sorry that we do not have an option to exclude a product based on the Primary category.

    Thanks
