Disable Display name changes

Hi, i was wondering how can I disable Display name changes. I just want them to have the same display name as their username. Unchangeable.

This is because, its becoming harder for me to keep track of user’s identities. Specially when they ask for support.

Does anyone know how? It would be appreciated thanks.
