Disable "Edit My Profile" for logged in user

    I have set up a user with a role that has permission to read only for General, Posts, & Pages. Once they are logged in there is a link in the logged in widget to Edit My Profile. This link gives the user to Dashboard, Jetpack, Staff plugin, & Yoast SEO.
    Is there a setting to disable Edit My Profile?
