    Hello! We’ve been using this plugin for probably years, and it’s always served us very well.

    In a recent update though, it looks like a setting has been added to send out email summaries every week, and that it is doing this by default. This is… really annoying?

    We manage a lot of WordPress sites (over 100) and this seems to be the norm lately with plugins – always sending notifications that are basically just clogging up our inbox and desensitizing us to emails that are regarding actual errors.

    I appreciate this as an option, and I realize it’s probably useful to a lot of people, but it would be nice to opt in to these emails, instead of having to opt out.

    Hi there @jrvin,

    Thanks for the feedback! I’ll let our development team know so we can consider the change in a future release.

    In the meantime, you can disable the feature under Easy WP SMTP > Settings > Misc. From there, flip the “Disable Email Summaries” option to On.
