I am sorry to tell you that the confirmation email can’t be disabled. We are an EU-based company, and due to the stringent data protection and privacy laws in the EU (and some other countries in the world), there is no way around. The email verification is a requirement to make sure that your petition is only signed by the people that have access to the email account with the email address used while signing your petition (Double-Opt-In). Without the confirmation, it is not allowed to process the data and to send further emails, such as a subscribed newsletter.
